Full House Refurbishment – West Dulwich
This comprehensive refurbishment project in West Dulwich transformed a traditional family home into a bright, contemporary living space designed around modern family living. The focus was on improving the internal layout, maximising natural light, and creating a seamless connection between the home’s key living areas. A major part of the works involved the careful removal of existing load-bearing walls and the installation of structural steelwork to create a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The new layout provides a versatile and sociable environment, suited to everyday family life.
To enhance natural daylight and strengthen the relationship between the interior and the garden, the existing rear glazing was enlarged with new aluminium bi-fold doors. A striking enlarged oriel window was also introduced, adding architectural interest while bringing additional light deep into the living space.
The project included a full internal refurbishment, incorporating a bespoke kitchen, new flooring, upgraded lighting, decorative finishes, and carefully considered detailing throughout. Every aspect of the construction was delivered under a complete design and build service, ensuring a seamless process from concept through to completion.
