Construction Project Stages
We begin with a non-obligation site meeting and consultation to discuss and understand your vision for your construction project, budget, and timescale. We provide a detailed construction quote alongside a comprehensive project timeline, giving you a clear understanding of both costs and schedule before construction begins. The detailed quote outlines every element of the project, while the timeline programme sets realistic milestones, ensuring your project progresses smoothly and efficiently.
Once the construction quote has been agreed we formalise the build with a clear construction contract and agreed deposit. The contract outlines the full scope of work, timelines, and responsibilities for the construction. The deposit confirms your commitment and allows us to mobilise the team and resources needed to start the project on site.
The project begins on site, with the works divided into carefully planned stages. We coordinate all teams and monitor progress on a weekly basis. Our skilled team manages every stage of construction with precision and care, ensuring quality craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to the project timeline. Regular site meetings with the client are arranged to review progress and provide updates throughout the build. We arrange regular building control site meetings throughout your project to ensure full compliance with all regulations and standards.
At the conclusion of your project, we conduct a thorough inspection of the completed works with you, ensuring every detail meets your expectations. Together, we formally sign off the project. A complete package of manuals, warranties, and instructions for all equipment and systems installed will be provided.
During the retention period, we remain fully engaged with your project, addressing any minor issues or adjustments that may arise after handover. This ensures that your home continues to meet the highest standards of quality giving you complete confidence and peace of mind long after construction is complete.
