Ground Floor Extension
This project involved the full design and build of a ground floor extension to transform the rear of a traditional Barnes home into a bright, functional, and modern living space.
The works included structural alterations, bespoke joinery, and a high-quality kitchen installation, creating a seamless open-plan kitchen and dining area. Neutral cabinetry, natural timber flooring, and carefully planned lighting were selected to maximise light and enhance the sense of space, while maintaining a warm and timeless aesthetic.
Large double doors and thoughtful layout improvements connect the interior with the garden, delivering a practical yet elegant family space suitable for everyday living and entertaining.
The result is a refined and practical interior that blends modern living with classic design, seamlessly integrating the new extension with the existing home.
Design & Build Project
This was a full design and build project, with all stages delivered from initial concept through to final completion. The process began with a detailed site survey and feasibility assessment, followed by design development tailored to the client’s brief, budget, and planning requirements.
